I am always interested in taking on students with the following interest areas:
- Neighborhoods and health
- Spatial epidemiology
- Climate change and respiratory health
- Biosurveillance/Outbreak detection
- Health disparities and social determinants/social networks
- Digital epidemiology
- Specific interests in tuberculosis, valley fever, asthma or other respiratory issues
There are also several broader opportunities I can help to facilitiate, particularly if:
- you are interested in working abroad, in Peru, Mexico or Ghana
- you have an interest in modeling climate and (respiratory) health
